Once you have submitted your request form, a Roeder Travel agent will reserve your request for a particular vacation package with Apple. Once the reservation has been made, within 24 hours you will receive an email requesting you confirm the reservation of the trip. Please print the confirmation form out and keep for your records and send the form, attached in an email, to raspecials@roedertravel.com. Once the confirmation letter has been received, a Roeder Travel agent will book your reservation and will send you your confirmation number. Please print and keep all documents for your files.
